Highlights:
-Ate some Enchiladas
-Saw a Capybara in real life
-Another friend from 桃園 reached out to me because she knows my mom!
-Somehow managed to hit all of our goals even though it was transfer week!
-Celebrated Linas birthday:)
-My new comp is the one and only Sister Vranes who is also the one and only person I know (besides MTC) in the whole mission! Insane!
-Completely filled my first study journal :)
READ THIS PART Let me start by sharing about one of our friends: Torres!
Torres originally met with us because he wanted to practice his English, but now he is hooked on learning the gospel. (God prepares people in miraculous ways). He is a very logical person; he has told us many times that he isn't sure if God exists because there just simply isn't enough 'evidence'.
We've been teaching him about faith and the incomprehensible knowledge of our Father in Heaven :)
"He pressed into place the pieces of the sophisticated jigsaw puzzle of mortality but held back a few of the pieces, which he keeps in his pocket to ensure that faith is required as we come up against the gaps in this puzzles spiritual landscape. Using 'evidence' to discern truth is simply not God's way. We limit ourselves to a finite amount of knowledge if we think that way! It's so miraculous how God works!
It's been amazing to share with Torres the incredible manner God has provided for us to discover truth.

We simply can't think our way to Heaven. If that were the case, the Plan of Salvation would have no purpose and therefore, we would have no purpose. Coming to know that God exists is made hard on purpose! It was made hard for our benefit! How amazing is that?
I invite all to seek for Godly knowledge through sincere prayer. There are the mysterious of God out there to discover! Never limit yourself!
